Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate future-vision into executable product strategies
- Establish innovation frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Manage $15M+ R&D budgets with ROI-driven decision-making
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Quantum Computing, AI Systems, or Biotechnology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful future-tech products
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams and distributed innovation ecosystems
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q# preferred)
