Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage technology incubation budget and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience in venture capital or corporate innovation labs
