Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) with 3-5 year strategic implications
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive innovation vectors
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and innovation forums
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, marketing, and engineering teams
- Represent company at industry conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of anticipating market shifts and translating them into business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills using advanced analytics tools
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
