Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop and maintain a 3-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to source breakthrough innovations
- Create compelling technology narratives for executive leadership and investor presentations
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting technology adoption in 2026+
- Mentor junior team members in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, neuro-interfaces, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills with executive presence
