Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with measurable ROI
- Partner with product teams to align tech innovation with market demands and user experience
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and disruption threat assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an innovation lab focused on 3-5 year technological horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Executive presence with exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering preferred
