Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework, aligning with business objectives and market evolution

- Build cross-functional coalitions between engineering, product, and commercial teams
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-driven impact analyses
- Establish KPIs for tracking technology adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous stage-gate processes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and technical teams
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press)
- Experience scaling global innovation programs across multiple regions
- Certification in technology management or innovation frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
