Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Champion innovation across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Architect cross-functional frameworks for rapid prototyping and scalable deployment
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and trend forecasting
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong executive communication ability with technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or high-growth environments
