Responsibilities

- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ product development initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation sprints and pilot programs
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure ROI of futuristic technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Professional certifications in technology management or innovation (e.g., CIO, TOGAF)
- Portfolio of successful technology transformation projects
