Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Published research or patents in future technologies (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
