- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and regulatory shifts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor a team of 5+ technical specialists in emerging technologies
- Manage an annual innovation budget exceeding $5M
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in future-gazing methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
