Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech, climate tech)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies' societal implications
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-driven allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or circular economy tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks
