Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategy
- Executive communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation (preferred)
