Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, synthetic biology)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess competitive implications
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of experimental projects
- Drive ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technologies to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry conferences
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent
