Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for technology adoption in 2026+ ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation labs and pilot programs for future technology validation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing infrastructure and systems architecture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of executing large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
