You'll shape our long-term vision while ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy roadmap for 2026+ innovation initiatives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential across industries
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technology concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technology innovations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech into business strategy
- Executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Experience building and managing multi-disciplinary innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
