Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, metaverse) through 2026 horizon
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating disruptive technologies into core business operations
- Lead innovation workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions across global teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for future tech applications
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and startups
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board of directors
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies through change management programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record of forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three future tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation required
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
