Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Translate technical concepts into compelling investor narratives and product roadmaps
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior technologists and foster an innovation-driven culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or product innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience developing 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
