Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Analyze quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech startups for acquisition/partnership
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Executive-level communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
