Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions (AI, IoT, quantum computing)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive technologies with commercial potential
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching successful technology products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in technology management or innovation frameworks preferred
