- Oversee patent portfolio development with 15+ new IP filings annually
- Establish industry standards through IEEE and ISO committee participation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from prototype to commercial deployment
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in future-tech domains
- Experience securing federal grants ($5M+ portfolio)
- Certification in Technology Ethics and Sustainable Innovation Frameworks
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, GDPR)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
