Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for early-stage innovation scouting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum, AI, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience managing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
