Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for tech integration across business units
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage vendor relationships for cutting-edge tech partnerships
- Build a culture of innovation through hackathons and tech incubation programs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Tech Futures Academy)
- Experience developing tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong data modeling skills for technology forecasting
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
