Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, and decentralized networks
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with quantum labs, AI research institutions, and biotech pioneers
- Translate technical capabilities into market disruption blueprints for executive stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech innovation
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors and board members with data-driven narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of commercializing future-facing technologies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience building tech ecosystems with Fortune 500 companies or Silicon Valley unicorns
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
