- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists for rapid prototyping
- Present technology forecasts and innovation blueprints to stakeholders and industry forums
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for disruptive innovations
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI of future-focused projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products with market impact in future-oriented domains
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, biotech convergence, or spatial computing
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership on technology trends (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across multiple time zones
