Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with potential impact by 2026 (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technological insights into product opportunities
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape through continuous research
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with ROI projections
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP)
