Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight roadmap targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for strategic alignment
- Partner with C-suite to translate innovation initiatives into scalable business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate and prioritize R&D investments
- Author thought leadership reports on future technology adoption patterns
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience working in fast-paced tech environments with ambiguity
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
