Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying high-impact emerging technologies

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of global tech trends
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Translate technical opportunities into scalable business models and investment theses
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and build future-focused capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant technical field preferred
