- Identify strategic partnership opportunities in innovation ecosystems
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies
- Build cross-functional innovation task forces with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Monitor regulatory landscapes affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology transformation initiatives
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Engineering/CS preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO Academy) a plus
