Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their strategic implications for 2026 market readiness
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify opportunities for competitive differentiation
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into development pipelines
- Monitor global tech trends, patent landscapes, and regulatory shifts affecting future markets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed impact projections
- Establish KPIs for tracking technology maturity and implementation success
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends with documented market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level communications
- Experience managing technology roadmaps from ideation to implementation
- Certifications in emerging technologies or strategic planning (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Future Tech)
