Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating future tech trends into company operations and product development
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to access cutting-edge innovations
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes affecting future technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused technology strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and innovation communities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
