Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Develop strategic frameworks for technology adoption across business units
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-use cases
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and adoption success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in emerging tech fields (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS Quantum)
