Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging fields including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive technologies with real-world applications

Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy with 3+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or carbon-neutral AI architectures
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
