Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for decentralized infrastructure
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (Web4, biotech-AI convergence)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
- Publish industry thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI ethics frameworks
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Experience with global tech policy development (ITU, WEF)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Deep understanding of Web3 and decentralized systems architecture
