Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to forecast industry shifts by 2026
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging technology markets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage technology incubation projects with $5M+ innovation budgets
- Build and lead a team of futurists and technology analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex innovation projects with global teams
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
