Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype systems for 2026 market readiness
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant proposals

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
