Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, advanced AI)
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech giants
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive leadership
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI targets
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready tech frameworks and methodologies
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CDMP, CTO Academy) a plus
