Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech)
- Identify disruptive innovation opportunities through market analysis, patent research, and competitive intelligence
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology vision and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology adoption ROI
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CSM)
