Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech integration
- Analyze emerging technologies (AR/VR, neuromorphic chips, decentralized systems) for strategic adoption
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions and secure IP portfolios
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage technology budgets exceeding $5M and vendor ecosystems
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership publications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech planning
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or Harvard Business Review
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Certified in TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or German preferred for global partnerships
