- Lead innovation workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate technology adoption and integration
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technologies and future-trend forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technology transitions
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making approach
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan) preferred
