Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year market adoption potential
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio allocation across R&D initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to global stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of scaling technological innovations to enterprise level
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, CB Insights)
- Experience managing cross-functional global teams
