Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 landscape
- Mentor junior innovation specialists on future tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of ethical tech frameworks and governance
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with agile development for experimental projects
