- Present technology roadmaps and ROI analyses to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies with measurable success metrics
- Mentor a team of 5-7 innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimentation
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation budgets and managing complex vendor ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
