- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and investor presentations
- Drive patent portfolio development targeting 15+ core technology patents
- Present breakthrough innovations at premier global tech forums (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching AI/quantum products generating $50M+ revenue
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or molecular nanotechnology
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with C-suite experience
