- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture labs
- Present technology forecasts and adoption strategies to C-suite and board
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
