Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with global research institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct competitive analysis and market forecasting for disruptive technologies
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent futurist training
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization initiatives
