Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of architecting production-grade AI/quantum systems
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Strong publication record in top-tier tech conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Strategic experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
