Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on AI/quantum systems
- Expertise in federated learning, zero-knowledge proofs, and blockchain consensus
- Proven track record of scaling systems to petabyte-scale workloads
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with government technology standards (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Strong background in carbon-neutral computing architectures
