- Lead research initiatives in neuromorphic computing and post-quantum cryptography
- Architect decentralized infrastructure for autonomous systems and Web3 ecosystems
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with DARPA and NSF
- Mentor a team of 15+ PhD researchers and MIT/Caltech fellows
- Deliver quarterly technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Pioneer open-source frameworks for next-gen developer ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record architecting production-level quantum systems or LLM platforms
- Expertise in post-quantum cryptography and zero-knowledge proof architectures
- Demonstrated ability to secure $10M+ in government/defense R&D contracts
- Published research in Nature/Science journals with 50+ citations
- Fluency in Python, Rust, Q#, and quantum circuit design tools
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ technical professionals
