Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen technology roadmaps for 2026+ deployment of quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and AGI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging technologies in biotech, space tech, and climate tech
- Design scalable infrastructure for metaverse integration and decentralized web ecosystems
- Present strategic technology blueprints to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire breakthrough startups
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary technology innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years in advanced R&D
- Proven expertise in quantum computing algorithms, neural networks, or distributed systems
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Track record of launching at least one industry-defining technology product
- Experience with patent prosecution and intellectual property strategy
- Proficiency in futuristic tech stack: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Qiskit, Solidity, Web3 protocols
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
