Responsibilities
- Architect next-generation systems integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic processors, and decentralized networks
- Develop ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, data scientists, and behavioral economists
- Design resilient infrastructure for climate-resilient smart cities and space habitats
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Create patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations in human augmentation and brain-computer interfaces
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling technology from prototype to global implementation
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology transformation
- Certifications in Ethical AI Design and Quantum Computing Architecture
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on technology policy or standards development
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred for global collaboration
